  • Committing fraud, identity theft or any unlawful act that could harm other users or the platform.
  • Sharing, selling or transferring account balances or credits to other users without official authorisation.
  • Exploiting any bugs, technical vulnerabilities or system errors for personal gain. Any such issues must be reported to wow888 immediately.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.

Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)

All transactions on the wow888 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The following terms apply to deposits, withdrawals and transactions:

  • Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as specified in the platform interface. wow888 accepts a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX and local bank transfers.
  • Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe. Users must complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal can be approved.
  • Account name: The name on your bank account or e-wallet must match the name registered on your wow888 account. Any mismatch may result in delayed or rejected transactions.
  • Transactions are non-reversible: Once a deposit is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Users are advised to review all details carefully before confirming any transaction.
  • Taxes & fees: wow888 is not responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers.

  • The user failed to submit the requested identity verification documents.
  • The account has been inactive beyond the period specified under the platform's policy.
  • A directive has been received from the relevant authorities.

All content on the wow888 platform, including logos, graphics, text, interfaces, software and design, is the exclusive property of wow888 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law.
